        FOOD OPTION
We are planning to host a communal dinner (spaghetti, lasagna, pizza, green salad, bread) and continental
breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, fruit, yogurt, pastries) at the dance site. Meatless options will be available.
Contributions to round out the menu are welcome, especially desert items and snacks. The contribution of plates,
cups, and cutlery would also be appreciated. Let us know if you plan to bring something (or if you are looking
for suggestions) and we will endeavor to fill in any gaps. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not
        allowed in the dance hall.

We don’t need an exact head count by any means, but if you could send advance word along the lines of “I/we
expect that about ___ people from ___ will be there for dinner/breakfast” it would be very helpful as our
chefs make their supply runs and start collecting pots, kettles or vats for meal preparations.

        LODGING
As we do not have a large (or even medium sized) group hosting this event, we are not able to offer lots
of private-home lodging options for the weekend. However, between the 4 of us and a friend of one of us
we can offer spaces for 2 in a bed, 2 on the couch and up to 4 on the floor in one residence; 2 in a camper
in Clinton (15 or 20 minutes north of Missoula); 2 on the floor in another home in Missoula. Let us know if
you’d like to “reserve” one of these spaces and we will try to get you set up with a host.

Missoula has one hostel that is very inexpensive (about $30 per night), rated highly, and does provide for
        groups.

The Days Inn of Lolo (273-2121) is about 5 minutes from the dance site.

        COST
There is no fixed charge for this event. Donations to help us cover costs will be gratefully accepted and
        greatly appreciated.

        MUSIC
We have a computer loaded with our local international folk music collection. If you have a favorite
dance you want to request and are not sure we have it in our collection, please feel free to bring the
music along on CD or a portable flash drive.

        INFORMATION EXCHANGE
Please address your estimated participant counts, food item reports/inquiries, and any questions you may
have about the event to .
